Meet Carey MPH, RD, LDN
REGISTERED DIETITIAN
With over 20 years of experience in the fields of nutrition and health, Carey Ardner has established herself as a dedicated and knowledgeable professional. Carey holds a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition from Bluffton University and a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Toledo. She completed her dietetic internship at Bowling Green University.
Carey's diverse career has taken her through various health and wellness settings, including clinical environments, youth diabetes camps, fitness centers, worksite wellness programs, long-term and rehabilitative care facilities, food sensitivity testing, food pantries, schools, and cafeterias. She has also embraced the digital age, providing remote health coaching services.
As a testament to her commitment to professional development, Carey has earned the National Board Health and Wellness Coach designation and holds a Wellcoaches certification. Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher.
Carey is passionate about lifelong learning and enjoys sharing her knowledge to inspire and educate others, helping them achieve their own "Aha!" moments. When she's not working with clients, she loves to travel and explore different cultures. In her downtime, Carey enjoys relaxing with a good puzzle or movie and spending time with her parents, husband, daughters, grandson, and pets.
